JOB DETAILS: Data entry, answering phones/checking voice mail, and general office work. Most of your duties will pertain to uploading property information. However, the person we hire will have ample opportunity to grow and learn many aspects of the Real Estate Business. There will be special emphasis on foreclosure properties, such as processing files, analyzing data, calling vendors, etc.
Desired Skills & Experience Strong work ethic Attention to detail is a priority Positive attitude Must be able to meet deadlines Must be able to multi-task Computer savvy – all of our duties involve computer work Must type at least 30-40 or more words per minute (you will be asked to show us) Please don’t apply if you are not a strong computer user.
