WAREHOUSE/DELIVERY DRIVER
DP Recycling Solutions currently has an opening for a full time warehouse/delivery driver.
Education/Training: High school education or equivalent work experience.
Experience/Knowledge/
Abilities:
Good driving record.
Ability to operate straight trucks.
Ability to read and write in English, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to directly resolve, or initiate process of conflict resolution.
Ability to operate assistive devices/product handling equipment.
Ability to take and follow instructions.
Ability to work 3-5 days per week with 10–15 hour shifts, which includes up to 10 hours of driving time (could be up to 60 hours on-duty time per week).
Employees Supervised: None.
Contacts: Contact with customers, DOT and other employees requiring the ability to communicate effectively in order to exchange information.
Work Environment:
Must be able to work outdoors and operate truck in all types of weather.
Noise and vibration is consistent with the operation of motor vehicles.
Atmosphere conditions may include fumes, odors, dust, mist, or gases, in addition to weather changes.
Equipment Used: Straight truck, load locks, trailer liftgate. May operate manual and/or electric pallet jack, handcart, on-board computer.
