Human Capital Management Business Partner
We are looking for a Human Capital Management Business Partner. This position serves as a link between management, union and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems. The HCM position is responsible for providing current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits. In general, the intent of the HCM partner will be planning, directing and coordinating human capital management activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruiting, training and personnel policies. This is a union environment. Knowledge of labor relations is a must.
