I am looking for a Custom Applicator that has experience driving spray rig or farm equipment. As a custom applicator you will be responsible for spraying row crop and other agronomy applications to support farmers in increasing crop yields.
Some light sales responsibilities may be incorporated into this position in the near future. This position is one that allows the right individual to also develop other skills that will allow them to be recognized for future roles and advancement.
• Work with agriculture retail professionals to apply crop protection products and crop nutrients.
• Assist with scouting, product transportation and various services for producers.
• Possess the willingness to adapt to changing application technologies as well as seasonal variations in workload responsibilities.
• Maintain equipment and log books, as well as complete other duties as assigned.
• Insure adherence to all State and Federal environmental health and safety requirements including product labeling and proper personal protective equipment.
• CDL class A
• Clean driving record
• Experience in driving a spray rig
• Farm background preferred
• Mechanically inclined
