Cabinetmaker(s) Wanted

Select Wood Cabinets in Richmond BC need 3 Cabinetmakers on a permanent full time basis. Wage $ 20 an hour 40 Hours a week. Applicant must have at least 4-5 years of experience in the field. Duties includes: Study plans, specifications or drawings of custom cabinets to be made, create cut list, Operate woodworking machines such as saws, jointers, edge bender, and routers, and use hand tools to cut, shape and form parts of cabinets. Sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain and lacquer to finished products. Repair or restyle cabinet doors, fixtures and related products. Repetitive tasks, physically demanding. Ability to work with others, Fluency in Punjabi is an asset. Interested applicants must be flexible to work overtime, late evenings, weekend.
