EGolfScore Event Lead

An eGolfScore Event Lead (E/A) is 100% responsible for the management and execution of eGolfScore’s real-time wireless scoring services consistent w/ eGolfScore policies and procedures.
Specific responsibilities include:
-Coordinate the pick-up/return of event equipment with eGolfScore staff. -Enter team and player information into eGolfScore system if appropriate (this is included in the E/L fee). -Familiarize yourself with event details by reviewing event staff email – it is critical to know all the event details prior to the event. -Speak with eGolfScore management prior to event (day/night before) to be briefed on event logistics, including reviewing staff email (see above). -Sync all laptops and launch player devices the NIGHT PRIOR to the event. -Meet and secure business cards (or contact info) for Directors of Golf, Golf Pros or any key course and client personnel while working event. -Contact eGolfScore technical support personnel (using the appropriate telephone number) as required
An Event Lead (E/L) is 100% responsible for being professional, proactive, and doing everything possible to ensure maximum client satisfaction consistent with eGolfScore’s policies and procedures.
