LAUNCH A NEW FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX IN SANTA ROSA!
We are seeking an exceptionally energetic individual who
will assist the owners
with this fast paced and rollicking fun start up, in a
high-tech playground.
This new business is slated to open November of 2010, and
the GM will begin working on or about October 1, 2010.

Laser Tag is a game for all ages where players score points by tagging their opponents with a laser beam, in a large, multi-level arena, featuring specialty lighting, fog, and great music. We host birthday parties, corporate groups, sports teams, community organizations, etc. Laser Tag combines the classic games of tag and hide and seek with a high-tech twist.

Laser Tag of Santa Rosa
Our perfect candidate has high energy, thrives as a self
starting leader, and takes pride in his or her motivating and coaching skills.
As the full time General Manager you will be responsible for
operations, local marketing and results of the business. You are up for the
challenge of being accountable for creating a positive working environment
where customer satisfaction is the key to success.
As GM your job will include:
Working first hand with owners for all phases of start up
Cost Control
Interviewing prospective employees and developing the most
effective team
Creating along with the owners, comprehensive local marketing
programs
Build team commitment to high standards of service,
implementing incentive based
employee progress
Manage employee performance through motivation and
coaching
Communicate and monitor adherence to health and safety
regulations
Ensure equipment is maintained to company standards
Manage and maintain all daily operations
Job Requirements:
College or university degree (or equivalent work
experience)
Exceptional customer service skills
Standard office computer skills
Able to work days, nights and weekends
Minimum 3 - 5 years management in restaurant, retail,
service or entertainment industry
Salary - benefits:
Competitive base salary - $45 k - $60 k Commensurate with
previous experience and salary.
