Research Associate with Benefits and Good Pay
Our epigenetics lab is hiring and we are looking for a Post-Doc with a bioinformatics or biological science background who would be interested in conducting research with us. We are primarily an epigenetics research lab, but our Principal Investigator has many collaborative interests branching off of our epigenetics interest, including stem cell work, lead testing in children, and genotyping. We work closely with next generation sequencing, courteous of a neighboring processing facility.
The successful candidate is expected to be highly motivated, to work independently, and to pursue an integrated approach involving classical genetic, molecular, cellular, biochemical, and bioinformatic methodologies. Experience with Drosophila development and genetics will be a great advantage
