The Radiant Principal Trainer takes the lead role in the development & implementation of the training program. This includes mastering both the Epic Inpatient application and specific radiology and interdisciplinary workflow's.

This role is responsible for team building, developing and maintaining standardization of the training environment, materials and presentations.

These individuals also train other trainers, maintain procedure documentation along with the clinical staff, coordinate training for new hires, and coordinate software training for new releases and updates.
