Retail Sales Associate or Sales Manager
Position: Salesperson for MetroPCS Dealer in Mall kiosk
Will consider Strong Candidate for a Management or Lead Position

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Aggressively sell Cell Phones & Accessories
Must Meet Daily, Weekly, & Monthly Sales goals ELSE you risk job loss
Must understand Metropcs products, plans, phone models, cellular technology
Process customer phone payments
Handle customer service requests, issues
Must understand Sales process, techniques
Organize products, inventory, files, receipts
Run & email Daily Audit Reports, reconcile cash drawer
Maintain workplace (clean displays, vacuum, dispose trash)
Rate: Sales Associate - Minimum wage plus commission ($2 to $3 per phone sale, $1 to $2 per accessory sale) + opportunity for Sales bonuses
Manager rate is negotiable based on experience and Sales Goals
Hours of Work: Monday thru Friday 10AM to 4PM
Must be available at least one weekend day, Saturday or Sunday, for all day.
Schedule is subject to change, must be flexible.
Start Day: Immediately, must be able to start ASAP
REQUIRED SKILLS: (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Confident, aggressive, persistent salesperson
Fluent in Spanish & English (You must be able to speak & understand Spanish as 50% of customers do not speak English)
Math Skills (If you do not know what 15% of $50 is then this job is not for you)
Computer and Internet skills
Excellent customer service
Excellent communication skills with Manager, coworkers and customers
Multi-tasker, ability to work under pressure, execute transactions quickly
Ability to handle 2 or 3 customers simultaneously
High-School, College preferred
Will Consider strong candidate who does not have Sales or Retail experience
