Position: Accounting Manager (Full-Time)
Department: Accounting department
Salary: $ 100/week
PRINCIPAL DUTY
Overseeing the accounting and reporting of fixed assets
Managing the accounting, reporting and analysis of investments
Overseeing bank reconciliations, payroll and accounts payable
Ensuring timely completion of account reconciliations and resolution of account reconciling items
Reviewing current processes and challenging work flow to improve efficiency and accuracy of work product
Hiring, coaching and mentoring staff, conducting performance appraisals and ensuring training needs are met
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
Assistance in company’s financial business
REQUIRED SKILLS
Team work
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Accuracy
More than 7 years experience in management.
